By providing content to us, you confirm that you have the necessary rights to use this content and agree to protect us against any third-party claims regarding content ownership. While we create custom content for your website, you are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all information provided.
3.4 Website Usage
Upon website completion, you agree to use the website in compliance with applicable laws and our acceptable use policies. This includes maintaining the security of any login credentials provided and ensuring website content remains appropriate and legal. You are responsible for maintaining any third-party services or subscriptions required for your website's functionality beyond our initial setup.
3.5 Acceptance & Approval

Upon project completion, you will be asked to verify that all deliverables meet the agreed requirements before the website goes live.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Payment Methods

For international clients, we facilitate secure international wire transfers. All transactions are processed through trusted financial institutions to ensure payment security. All prices are quoted in Moroccan Dirham (MAD) for local clients. For international clients, we can provide quotes in Euros (EUR) or US Dollars (USD), with exchange rates fixed at the time of quotation. 4.4 Late Payments

7.1 Hosting Services

Each hosting package includes generous resource allocations designed to ensure optimal performance for your business website. Your hosting package is equipped with up to 5GB of Premium NVMe storage space for fast data access, unlimited monthly bandwidth to handle your website traffic without restrictions, and unlimited database capabilities to support your website's dynamic content. We provide up to 50 professional email accounts to support your business communications, backed by robust server resources including 2GB of RAM, a dedicated CPU core, and support for up to 25 simultaneous processes to ensure smooth operation under various load conditions.
7.2 Security Measures
Your website's security is our priority. We implement comprehensive security measures including SSL certificates, malware scanning, and real-time firewall protection. Our security protocols include regular monitoring, automated threat detection, and proactive security updates. We maintain industry-standard security practices to protect your website and your users' data from potential threats.
7.3 Performance & Reliability
We are committed to maintaining optimal website performance and reliability. Our hosting infrastructure is designed to ensure fast loading times and consistent availability. We guarantee 99.9% uptime for all hosted websites, excluding scheduled maintenance periods. Any planned maintenance is communicated in advance and performed during low-traffic periods to minimize impact on your business.
7.4 Backup & Recovery
Our comprehensive backup system protects your website data. We perform regular automated backups and store them securely for quick recovery if needed. This includes daily backups of all website files and databases, with a 30-day retention period. Emergency backup and restoration services are available when needed, ensuring your website data is protected and recoverable.
7.5 Support Services
Our hosting support team is available to address any hosting-related concerns. We provide different levels of support based on your maintenance plan, with priority support available for urgent issues. All technical aspects of hosting are managed by our team, including server maintenance, security updates, and performance optimization. 8. Termination
8.1 Service Termination
You may terminate your services with us by providing 30 days written notice via email to contact@wepremium.com. For ongoing services such as website maintenance or hosting, all requests must be submitted through our client portal. Upon service termination, we will maintain your website's accessibility for 30 days to facilitate a smooth transition. If you have a maintenance subscription, early termination requires fulfillment of the remaining contract term as agreed in your service agreement.
8.2 Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
- Payment obligations are not met within specified terms
- Services are used in violation of these terms
- Your website poses security risks to our infrastructure
- There is evidence of fraudulent activity
- Your account shows extended periods of inactivity
Before suspension, we will attempt to contact you and provide a reasonable period to
resolve any issues. Service reinstatement may require payment of outstanding balances
and applicable reconnection fees.
8.3 Effects of Termination
Upon service termination:
- You retain ownership of your content and paid deliverables
- Access to hosting services and related features will cease
- Domain management services will be discontinued
- Maintenance services will end
- Website files will be available for transfer for 30 days
We encourage you to backup your data and arrange alternative hosting services before
termination takes effect. We provide reasonable assistance during the transition period
to ensure minimal disruption to your business operations.
8.4 Refund Policy
Our refund policy varies based on service type and termination circumstances. For website development, we honor our satisfaction guarantee during the design phase. However, once development begins or hosting services are activated, refunds are limited to specific circumstances outlined in your service agreement. All refund requests are evaluated fairly and processed promptly when approved.
9. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for excellence in our services and stand behind our work, our warranties are specifically limited to core technical deliverables. We ensure our development work functions as specified in project requirements and maintains compatibility with current versions of major browsers. It's important to note that we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes, search engine rankings, traffic levels, or third-party service availability. We also cannot guarantee content accuracy for materials provided by clients or optimal performance on outdated browser versions.

As part of our mutual commitment to professional conduct, both parties agree to protect and defend each other against third-party claims. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from content you provide, your use of the website, violations of these terms, infringement of third-party rights, or breaches of applicable laws. Conversely, we will protect you against claims arising from our gross negligence or willful misconduct in providing our services. This mutual protection ensures a stable and secure business relationship while maintaining professional standards.
9.3 Force Majeure
We maintain a realistic approach to service obligations while acknowledging circumstances beyond reasonable control. Our liability does not extend to service interruptions or failures resulting from natural disasters, government actions, internet infrastructure failures, cyber attacks, public health emergencies, or third-party service provider failures. 9.4 Dispute Resolution

If direct communication proves insufficient, disputes will be submitted to mediation under Moroccan law. Should mediation fail to resolve the matter, legal proceedings will be conducted in Moroccan courts. All disputes must be submitted in writing, with legal proceedings to be conducted in Arabic or French. Any legal actions must be filed within one year of the incident in question, ensuring timely resolution of all matters.
