Our Services
We provide professional web design and development, ongoing website maintenance, and UX/UI
design services. Each project is custom-built to meet your specific business needs. We don't
work on websites for adult content, gambling, illegal activities, services that conflict
with Islamic principles, or services that violate Moroccan law.
What We Deliver
For web design projects, you get a custom-designed website built from scratch,
mobile-responsive design that works on all devices, basic SEO setup to help Google find you,
SSL security certificate, and 30 days of support after launch. For maintenance services, you
get regular monitoring and updates, security patches and backups, technical support, and
hosting management.
What We Need From You
To build your website, we need you to provide content like text and images in usable formats,
respond to our questions and feedback requests in a timely manner, and review designs and
give clear feedback. Delays in providing content or feedback will affect project timelines.
You're responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you give us.
Payment Terms
We accept bank transfers, checks, and cash payments. Projects require a deposit to start
work, with remaining payments due at agreed milestones. For maintenance services, payment is
due before each billing cycle. For subscription-based packages (Premium and Starter plans),
the first month's payment is required in advance to commence work and is non-refundable once
the project has started. Late payments may result in service suspension. All prices
are in Moroccan Dirham unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds
We offer a satisfaction guarantee during the design phase. If we can't create a design you
like, you get your money back. Once development starts or hosting is activated, refunds are
handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if you have concerns about your project.
Project Timeline
Project timelines vary based on complexity. We'll give you an estimated timeline at the
start. Your timely feedback is essential to staying on schedule. We can't guarantee exact
completion dates because they depend on your feedback and content provision.
Ownership
Once you've paid in full, you own your website's design and content. You keep full rights to
any content you provide us. We retain rights to our development frameworks and code
libraries but give you a license to use them as part of your website. Unless you ask us not
to, we may showcase your completed website in our portfolio.
Hosting Services
Our hosting includes premium NVMe servers, unlimited bandwidth, up to 5GB storage, up to 50
email accounts, SSL certificate, daily backups with 30-day retention, and 99.9% uptime
guarantee. We handle all technical aspects of hosting including security updates and server
maintenance.
Service Termination
You can cancel services with 30 days written notice to contact@wepremium.com. We may suspend services
for non-payment, terms violations, or security concerns. After termination, you have 30 days
to transfer your website files. Outstanding payments must be settled before final transfer.
Our Guarantees
We guarantee our work functions as specified and follows professional web development
standards. We don't guarantee specific business results, search engine rankings, or traffic
levels. Your website's success depends on many factors outside our control.
Limitations
We're not liable for issues beyond our control like internet outages, server provider
failures, or natural disasters. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for
services. We're not responsible for content you provide or how you use your website.
Privacy & Data
We collect only essential information to provide our services. We never sell your data. We
store project data securely and delete it within 90 days after service ends unless legally

Changes to Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. We'll notify active clients of significant changes by
email. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
